Thunders is Hiring a Visual Content Creator

🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Visual Content Creator to bring Thunders’ brand to life through compelling visuals, videos, and AI-enhanced creative assets.

Working closely with the CMO and Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging content across digital channels, leveraging both traditional design tools and the latest AI-powered creation platforms.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

• Create and adapt visual assets for social media, blog, newsletters, campaigns, and events
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Support the development of design templates and internal brand guidelines
• Ensure visuals are optimized for engagement, shareability, and conversion

Video & Multimedia Production

• Produce short-form video content (product demos, teasers, interviews, event highlights)
• Add motion design and animation to enrich campaigns
• Edit and optimize content for different channels and formats (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Support live and virtual event visuals (slides, background assets, motion loops)

AI-Enhanced Content Creation

• Leverage AI tools for faster and more creative content production (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Experiment with new AI workflows to improve quality and efficiency
• Integrate AI-generated assets into professional, brand-aligned designs
• Stay up to date on AI trends in visual creation and marketing

Collaboration & Marketing Support

• Work hand in hand with the Marketing Project Manager to align visuals with campaign objectives
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, impactful visuals
• Provide design support for sales and partner materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures)
• Contribute ideas and creative input to the global marketing calendar

👤 Who You Are

Experience & Background

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or multimedia production (startup/tech environment a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and video production skills
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus

Technical Skills

• Design tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Video editing: CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar
• AI tools: Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, or equivalents
• Content formats: short-form video, infographics, motion design, social media assets
• Web & CMS basics: ability to adapt visuals for website, blog, and landing pages
• Social media optimization: formatting and tailoring visuals for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram

Soft Skills

• Creative mindset: strong eye for design, color, typography, and storytelling
• Curiosity & adaptability: eager to explore and master new AI tools
• Efficiency: able to produce high-quality assets quickly and consistently
• Collaboration: thrive in cross-functional teamwork with marketing and product teams
