Before Thunders

QA team doing everything by hand : Agorapulse runs a fast-moving social media management platform serving brands and enterprises. Their engineering teams ship constantly, but QA relied on a mixed team of manual and automation testers who couldn't scale with the pace. The PMs who best understood the product had no tools to act on that knowledge.

Implementation

One month of testing, then two hours to deploy : The Head of Engineering ran a one-month internal trial before rolling Thunders out to the product team. The transition was nearly frictionless. Thunders works entirely in natural language, so there was no technical barrier. After a two-hour onboarding, the full PM team was independently writing and executing tests. PMs now own the entire test process: defining scenarios, writing tests, and maintaining them.
