Thunders Copilot web browsing, test run PDF export, and AI reasoning for steps
TL;DR
Thunders Copilot can browse the web for context, you can export runs as PDF, and every step shows the AI’s reasoning.
FEATURE
- Thunders Copilot web browsing: Thunders Copilot browses for context and asks clarifying questions before creating a test, and can create any step type or update Linear and Jira issues via chat.
- PDF export: export one or more test runs as a formatted PDF from the runs list.
- AI reasoning: see why the AI chose each action or selector via a new popover.
- Reported Bugs column: see previously reported external bugs per action in the cases and runs lists.
- Issues to test plans: turn Linear or Jira issues into test plans, plus a new Open New Tab step.
IMPROVEMENT
- Reuse and preview: reused cases can include discovery steps, and non-browser steps show a placeholder in the preview.
- Clearer naming: "Teardown" is now "Clean-up" throughout, and the Knowledge tab is a flat list by connection state.
- Pre-step screenshots: screenshots capture before each step so you see the state right before a failure, with faster file extraction.
FIX
- No more hangs: a 90-second per-action timeout with clear diagnostics.
- Run reliability: eliminated false "Browser session lost" errors, stopped skipping visible elements, and improved date-picker filling.
